Tuxing has one of the biggest PCP compressor lineups on Amazon, from a $132 portable up to four-cylinder 100 L/min scuba compressors well over $1,000. Its original built-in-adapter portable has more than 900 Amazon reviews, one of the most-reviewed PCP compressors on the site. Tuxing also sells through other brand names (one of its listings is titled Yong Heng).
12 compressors →Yong Heng
The old-school budget pick
Back in the day, Yong Heng was one of the most popular budget PCP compressors around. You also had to run it with the cooling line in a bucket of ice water, and the air coming out often smelled like oil. Today's portable compressors have mostly moved past both problems. Yong Heng still sells on Amazon, but with very few reviews, so it isn't the default pick it used to be.
1 compressor →Generic
Same compressor, different sticker
Search Amazon for a PCP compressor and you'll find dozens of near-identical machines sold under names like SDKEHUI, NDCYJG, GEKUVIX, Greteefor, ATMOREA, or no brand at all. Most come from the same handful of factories with a different label on the case. Some sell well, but the brand names come and go, so warranty support and parts can disappear with them. We list them here as Generic, so reviews stay tied to the actual machine and not a name that may be gone next year.
